Meet the Team: Michael Kelly For eight years Michael was Head of Human Resources with Bord Gais Eireann. BGE is the Commercial Semi-State company . Michael is an Accredited Business Coach and Mentor and member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD). He has a BA (Hon's) in Management and Diploma in Industrial Management. He is a frequent Guest Lecturer and a Director of the Dublin Public Services Radio Association. Jacqueline Howell A Graduate in H. R. Management from the N.CI, Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in the field of Human Resources both in the Ireland and the UK. She has specialised in Recruitment, Training and Industrial Relations. Jacqueline worked for KPMG Consulting UK for four years as Head of Recruitment for KPMG consulting. She is skilled Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Coach. A qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Psychometric and Occupational Tester, and an Image and Style Consultant. Dermot O'Flynn Dermot O'Flynn MIITD, MIHCI is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development and is a graduate of Business Studies and Hotel Management. During his time with Eircell / Vodafone he received the award for Best Training Programme Irish Call Centre Awards 2001, 4 American Call Centre Excellence Awards 2000 and in 2003. He has also lectured on the RCSI Diploma in Health Care Management, the MBA in Health Services Management RCSI/ Smurfit Business School Ireland, the Diploma in Health Care Risk Management run by University College Dublin. Teresa Lawlor Teresa Lawlor MRPI, LBCAI has over 15 years experience in the Tourism and hospitality sector. She held the position of Group Sales and Marketing Manager for one Ireland's top 500 companies for over 7 years. She is a member of the Trainers Network and the CIPD. Teresa holds a Diploma in Business Coaching and works as a full time Coach and Mentor and trainer where she delivers tailored Executive Coaching, Mentoring and Training packages to individuals and organisations.
